The video shot Lego bricks frame by frame in different motions in order to give the illusion of the Legos moving. The video was directed by Michel Gondry, who has been behind some of the most popular White Stripes music videos.

“Fell in Love With A Girl” won the 2002 MTV Video Music Award for Best Special Effects, Best Editing, and Breakthrough Video. It was also nominated for Video of the Year.

The White Stripes – My Doorbell

The black and white video for “My Doorbell”, shows The White Stripes playing in 1940’s clothing in front children. In the middle of the video, shadows of The White Stripes are superimposed upon themselves while they perform. The video’s use of shadow and light provides an interesting visual not seen in most videos.

The sexually charged video for “I Just Don’t Know What To Do With Myself”, shows Kate Moss doing a pole dance in a black and white filter. The video’s simplicity nails the song’s message of longing for a girl. The video was filmed by Oscar winner Sofia Coppola and was choreographed by Robin Conrad.
