The highly technical video for “This Too Shall Pass” shows OK Go interacting with a giant Rube Goldberg Machine. The entirety of the video was shot in one take with OK Go lip syncing “This Too Shall Pass” while the Rube Goldberg Machine knocks over various objects. The climax of the video features OK Go being sprayed with paint.

The video for “This Too Shall Pass” received 6 million views within the first 6 days of its release. It also ended up winning the UK Music Video Awards for both “Video of the Year” and “Best Rock Video.”

OK Go – White Knuckles

A more simplistic and cuter video made by OK Go is, “White Knuckles.” The “White Knuckles” video features OK Go moving different pieces of IKEA furniture while trained dogs run off and on of the furniture they are moving. The video was taken in one continuous shot and ended up having 124 different Takes. The Take used for the video was Take 72.

OK Go – Here It Goes Again

The video that launched OK Go’s viral video successes was their video for “Here It Goes Again.” The video was filmed with a single shot camera and shows OK Go doing a synchronized dance on multiple running machines. The video has been viewed 50+ million times and is considered to be one of the first music videos to start the music video viral movement.
